And specializes in acute and chronic pain, digestive disorders, hormone imbalances, dermatology, insomnia, neurovascular rehab, and stress relief. Anne has been teaching yoga for over 10 years in a variety of styles. Her public classes are currently held online and in Maine or you can attend one of her Seasonal Wellness Yoga + Acupuncture workshops in Maine or California.
When she is not in the clinic, Anne enjoys adventuring and trail running around the coast, seasonal gardening, ceramics, and cooking nourishing dinners with friends and family. Keep up with her on Instagram: @thegarden_maine for inspiring recipes, yoga poses, and more.
