For a while now, the insurance billing world has become a challenging realm to navigate.

Because of this, we offer a superbill system. Payment for services is required upfront, and if requested, we can provide insurance-ready receipts to submit for reimbursement. For those of you with coverage, all this means is taking one easy extra step. Your insurance provider most likely has an online portal in which you can easily submit these receipts. We encourage you to reach out to your insurance company and ask how they can help you simplify the process. You are welcome to use HSA and Flex Spend cards to pay for our services.

To find out about coverage, call the patient number on the back of your card and ask:

  • Do I have out-of-network coverage for acupuncture/ massage therapy/ telemedicine services?

  • What percentage of the visit is covered?

  • Is there a limit to how many visits per year?

  • Do I have an out-of-network deductible to meet?

  • What diagnoses are covered?

  • How do I submit a super-bill?

We cannot provide a superbill for missed appointments. Please know that we are committed to providing outstanding support and we are here to answer any questions you may have.
