We offer acupuncture, Eastern medicine, naturopathic medicine, herbal medicine, plant based apothecary style facials, nutrition coaching, lifestyle coaching, and body work serving Southern Maine and the Seacoast area.

Our desire is that your appointments here will feel like a vacation, a retreat from a busy life at work or home, a break from tired duties and living in a loud overstimulating world. Our space promotes cultural awareness and healing by hosting local community artists. And The Garden genuinely is a garden! We have a beautiful garden inside and out to give you and all our clients a profound visual and sensitivity to the seasonal cycles of nature and how herbs, veggies, and plants are deeply intertwined within our own bodies. Our hope is that you will pick up on these seasonal rhythms that are in nature, and inherent in our bodies, within the design of our space.
